Refund policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with how your order turned out or is damaged, please call or email us as soon as possible (within 24hr of product delivery) From there we will discuss how to best resolve your situation to insure you are a return customer with us.

For product that is damaged or unliked/did not feel it was close to the picture, our policy is to pick-up the arrangement and replace with a new one within three days of delivery. After said time it is up to the store on how to proceed with handling the issue. Full refunds may or will be issued ONLY if we get our product back and not after three days of delivery.

After seven days of delivery all sales are final and no replacements may be offered.

For nondelivery of product, we will refund asap no questions asked.

As for any other issues which may arise, it will be at the discretion of the store to decide how to best handle the situation.

For orders in which information is given incorrect by the sender after order is sent to us. We will deliver to the address and date filled out by the sender and what is listed on the order. If information turns out to be wrong after the delivery is made and accepted, all sales are final. We will not issue a refund and a redelivery will be at the senders expense.
